Development
avid® hotels are designed for new build construction, to consistently give our guests just what they need. Our extensive research identified a clear opportunity to serve travelers who need a hotel that provides the basics done exceptionally well at a fair price. We worked in conjunction with an owner advisory board, who have provided their guidance and expertise to ensure that avid hotels are simple to build, operate, and maintain. Since launch, avid hotels has garnered significant interest from the industry and developers alike as it fills a gap in an important and growing segment of the market.
