Development
The EVEN Hotel brand is showing momentum with the opening of the first six properties in Norwalk, CT; Rockville, MD; Manhattan Times Square New York, NY; Brooklyn, NY, Midtown East, NY and Omaha, NE. With seven more properties in the pipeline, the brand is set to more than double its current footprint. The brand will continue to look for opportunities in health conscious markets and plans to accelerate growth through our franchise model.
